Minimum Return Policy Framework for all Buyers
At JecasGroup.com, our #1 priority is to have satisfied buyers and create a growing community. For this reason we ask our buyers to comply with a minimum Return Policy Framework.

This means that the following rules apply for all transactions made on JecasGroup.com

  1. Only products bought on JecasGroup.com can be returned
  2. For all broken/damaged products or for products that are not as described by the JecasGroup.com, any return request should be communicated directly to the JecasGroup.com within 72 hours of receipt of the product by the buyer. In case of dispute, you are required to provide proof that you notified the JecasGroup.com or Customer Service within 72 hours
  3. Products should be returned in the exact same condition as received with no visual signs of use. They should be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
  4. Buyers bear all shipping costs in case of return
  5. Refunds or replacements are initiated directly by the JecasGroup.com, based on his individual return policy, after he/she receives the returned product from the buyer
  6. For any other complaint, falling outside the Returns Policy, both buyers and sellers can contact our Complaint Management Team by emailing our returns team through returns@jecasgroup.com
